The hollow rotor head axis is fixed, welded and screwed on a control console with the possibility of performing mechanical and electrical trigger mechanisms for total recovery systems. The rotor head axis has a carrier flange, which is mounted for total recovery devices. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a rotor head variant one with a rotor housing; and (2) a rotor head variant one with lifting wings.
