The composite has cell connectors resting upon bus bars (2), and four solar cells (1) electrically interconnected in an interconnecting direction (E). One of the solar cells is rotated with respect to another solar cell at 90 degree in the interconnecting direction, so that the connectors of the former solar cell are rotated to 90 degree with respect to the connectors of the third solar cell and overlapped in intersection points. An electrical conducting connection is overlapped between the connectors. An electrically conductive bonding material is formed between the bars and the connectors. The electrically conductive material is made of metallic solder paste, solder metal wire coating and electrically conductive adhesive.
