The cooking device impeller (1) has multiple impeller blades (7) that are rotatable around a rotating axis (3). An upper surface (9) or another upper surface (11) is inclined with respect to a level that is clamped by the rotating axis and a straight line (15). The straight line runs perpendicular to the rotating axis and in a radial direction of the rotating axis. The impeller wheels are made of metal, plastic, wood or ceramic. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a cooking device with a blower; and (2) a method for equalizing a volume flow of a fluid.
