The locking device (12) has a latch (14) which is adjustable between a locked position and an unlocked position. A spike-lifter (5) is formed by a support rail (6) with a latching medium. The support rail is set at the locking device, where the locking device is indirectly attached between cutter bars (2). An independent claim is also included for a lifter attachment.
