The method involves providing a die with a form contour. An under layer concrete layer is applied on a resolution concrete layer. A layered composite of the resolution concrete layer and the under layer concrete layer are dried. The dried layered composite from the die is demolded, where the die is made of elastic material such as plastics or rubber. The layered composite of the resolution concrete layer and the under layer concrete layer is subjected to shaking and/or pressing process before drying process.
