The device has a dripping hose part formed as a flexible tubing and attached at an upper side of a plant long term supply-low pressure principle tank. Folding hoses are provided with small diameters and comprise semicircles recesses that are reinforced in planting pot upper edges. A hose clamping part includes a dripping hose distribution part. A hose is sealed with a cap or a stopper at an end side. A filler channel is connected with a tank compartment and moved relatively to outward of a lateral tank volume space.
