The river flow power plant has an energy recovery device that is closed at a low-pressure container and multiple spiral springs, where a flow acceleration device is made of aluminum, steel or plastic. Multiple cylinders are provided with pistons which are manufactured from steel or plastic. The pistons are compressed with the help of air or gas in pressure container.
