The system has a hard cell-tank made of fiber reinforced resin and ridden in a 20 inch-standard container and on a lorry or a railway wagon. The tank is combined with a separate inner liner that is produced from plastic, and corresponds to inner dimensions of the tank. Material-moderate plastic foils or side folded tubes compliant with transport goods are provided for the resin of the tank and for the inner liner. A tank cladding (2) of the tank is manufactured in continuous uniform thickness of approximately 4 mm. The tank cladding is provided with glass fiber, Nomex-(RTM: flame resistant meta-aramid material), carbon, Aramith-, Kevlar-(RTM: para-aramid synthetic fiber) and abaca-fibers.
