The heat exchanger (1) has a fluid path (9) for guiding a fluid flow (5) and another fluid path (11) for guiding another fluid flow (7). The latter fluid path is thermally assigned to the former fluid path. The fluid paths are arranged to each other in an angle and form a cross-flow heat exchanger (23) with a thermoelectric device (13). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger.
