The strap (1) has a two-part housing (2) provided with a length-adjustable latch body (3) and a hanger (11), where the strap is detachably connected with a hanging plate (19) for fastening at a ceiling element and a massive ceiling. The strap forms a length-adjustable connection between the hanging plate and a fastening unit e.g. attachment screw, at the massive ceiling. The hanger clamps the housing in form of a notched pin (12) with a barbed hook (13). The hanger is in contact with the latch body. The hanging plate is designed as a stone groove.
