The anti-damage device has a flexible tubular structure, which is connected with borehole for receiving emergent material, particularly liquid or gaseous material, e.g. crude oil. The flexible tubular structure is coupled with a tank or a pipeline. The tubular structure has an elastic hose or elastic hose sections (5), which are covered by a cable network (6) from outside.
