Method for sintering of material for lithium electrode, involves heating mixture of lithium containing compound granules and material containing one of iron, cobalt, phosphorus, nickel, manganese and carbon at different temperatures
The lithium containing compound granules and the material containing one of iron, cobalt, phosphorus, nickel, manganese, vanadium, carbon, ine lemental form, as oxide or as a chemical compound, are mixed in a metallic reaction vessel. The mixture is primarily heated at 300-700[deg] C and then heated at 500-900[deg] C so that the material is ground to desired powder level.
