The arrangement (1) has a coiled strip conductor (2) and a terminal conductor (3) that are not electrically connected in a terminal region (4) such that electric current flows between the strip conductor and the terminal conductor. The strip conductor is extended out about the terminal region to form a dead conductor elongation end (5) by flow of the electric current. The elongation end is formed such that the conductor is connected at a contact point by head extenders. The terminal conductor comprises a flat cross-section with width larger than thickness.
