The stamper has a screw thread (24) radically incised into an inner surface (23) at a casting-side end, and a marking ring (3) screwed as a separate component in the screw thread. The marking ring protrudes over a front end (21) of a hollow cylinder (2). Diameter of an internal bore (31) of the marking ring corresponds to outer diameter of a bolt (4). The marking ring comprises markings (32) that are castable on a casting-side front annular surface. An opposite annular surface (33) rests on a spring element (5) that rests upon a casting-side front side. An independent claim is also included for a method for changing a marking ring and/or a bolt with a mark stamper.
