The cutter has cutting drums (8, 9) provided with tools (10) on a periphery. Middle axes (13, 14) of the drums are evenly or unevenly pivotably arranged in a same direction in angles (16, 17) larger than 0 degree to a middle line (15) of a base carrier (1). The drums are bended such that a small gap (12) is formed on a side and a sufficient place is provided for the base carrier on another side. The bended cutting drums are conically formed such that a straight complete cutting image (18) is obtained in a desired layer of the cutter.
