The cover has a spring coil fastened to a rotary part. A fastening unit (2) includes two fastening parts (22, 24) that are arranged at a distance from each other. The rotary part is wound up on a spring coil, and a restoring force is utilized for resetting the rotary part and the rotational axis in an original position when the roller part is released. The rotary part and another rotary part (35) are fastened to the rotational axis.
