The bearing (1) has a pot-shaped cap (3) with an edge (9) rotating around a middle axis (7), and a spring support (17) and a guide ring (5) arranged around the middle axis, where the support and the guide ring include a resilient seal lip (13) that grindingly cooperates with the rotating edge of the cap. A material of the support encloses a reinforcement (19), where the support and the seal lip are formed as a one-piece component. The material of the support and a material of the reinforcement include different elastic moduli. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a suspension strut bearing.
