The arrangement (1) has pedal levers (4) connected with a pedal arm (3) through a bearing pipe (5) in a torque manner. A deformable trip lever (14) for fastening at a motor car part is firmly connected with the pedal lever. The pedal lever comprises a C- or U-shaped aperture (19) for receiving a rod (9). The rod is locked in the aperture by a pin (13). The trip lever is deformed against a stop element at a steering cross beam and pushes the rod to shear the pin out of the aperture during a vigorous front crash.
