The apparatus has a housing with a bracelet cuff (10) and a loading terminal (6), a bracelet, an electronic circuit (7), and an LED display (3) plus a closing switch and an off-switch (5) with a heating medium (4) plus accumulators and/or batteries (8) and a thermostat. The heating medium lies on an artery (2) and possesses the closing switch and the off-switch with the LED display. The heating medium is arranged on a lower side of the housing and operated according to transformer principle of induction. The accumulators and/or batteries are arranged at a semicircle around forearm (1).
