The device i.e. beach chair fence (10), has a fixing unit (11) fixing a standing leg (12) to erect the device for locking in a surrounding area of a beach chair, during non-utilization of the device. The standing leg is designed as a telescopic type standing leg. A hollow wooden frame structure (2), longitudinal cross beam (3), fixation bar (4), hook arrangement (5), transverse bar (6), longitudinal bar (7) and a metal lug (8) are provided for mechanical covering of an access area of the beach chair, which consists of a seat surface and a back rest.
