The reservoir (1) has a sump container (7), where the container and the reservoir are connected to each other in a sealed manner. An elongated recess (5) and a circulating collar (21) are provided between the container and bottom (3) of the reservoir. The collar covers an edge of the recess, where the collar is arranged within the reservoir. The container and the reservoir are made of plastic i.e. elastomer, and stuck together by welding. A spigot (13) sucks liquid i.e. urea water solution, from the reservoir.
