The aid (10) has a marker (16) attached on a visible side (14) that is provided on a base body, where the marker reflects a dimension of planar elements (8) i.e. tiles (18), lying in a moving plane, and the base body is non-elastic and non-expandable. The visible side is provided with an adhesion promoter that is placed opposite to a lying side of the base body. The marker reproduces width and intermediate space of cabling elements that are moved, and comprises a sequential numbering. A surface area serves as a clamping coat to the visible side.
