The arrangement (1) has a fan (12) generating an airflow (2), where another airflow (3) is externally supplied. A flap (7) is provided behind another flap (8) in an airflow path. The flaps mix the airflows with each other at outputs (4, 5) of the arrangement in a reaction-less manner. An air circulation element (9) is arranged between the flaps. The airflows are separated at an end position of the former flap. The latter airflow is blocked at an end position of the latter flap. The former airflow is fed on sides of the circulation element in the end position of the latter flap.
