The fan assembly has a fan arranged on a spiral housing, where the fan includes a running wheel, a drive shaft and a fan motor. A scoop-like/diffuser-like cool air tap (7) in an outer wall of an outerflow side of the housing separates motor cooling air flow from main airflow for refrigerating a motor car component i.e. fan motor. An air guidance part i.e. scoop, is adjusted by an actuator and arranged on an upper housing wall opposite to a direction of a main air stream in a flow field. A ramp is extended along direction of flow.
