The device (12) has a foot plate (20) and a top plate (22) pivotably mounted at a bottom side end and a top side end of a support column, respectively, in orthogonal space directions or all space directions, where length of the support column is variable. A threaded bolt with an external thread is protruded from the foot plate of the top plate. A threaded sleeve with an internal thread is protruded from the top plate or the foot plate, where the internal thread is engaged with the external thread of the threaded bolt. A locking washer is attached to a lock nut provided at the support column.
