The housing has having cup shaped housing portion (1) having a coaxial aperture. An outward radial flange is formed at the housing portion in the end of the coaxial aperture. A radially extending rotatable cylindrical ring on which a flange ring (2) with a flange hole is integrally fitted is formed at outer cylindrical outer surface (3) in the region of the end of the coaxial aperture.
