The method involves supplying a main electronic (1) with high capacity battery in a housing (6) by engaging a battery magazine (3) by electric contacts and spring contacts. The contacts are engaged by thick insulated wires made of metal such as copper with a direct voltage. The main electronic is provided for controlling two switch-mode power supplies or high voltage power pack and for charging multiple charging capacitors and in a respective manner. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an optical sound absorber for hand gun laser weapons; (2) a dichroic interference partially permeable protecting screens for protecting against laser beams from handgun laser weapons; (3) a method for forming optical security circles or safety zones; and (4) a handgun weapon, particularly hunting weapon.
