Image document has a center portion in which a main picture (1) representing image captured by main camera is displayed. A vehicle assigned to be traffic violation is displayed in main picture. A data block (2) indicating traffic offense-related data is provided at top portion. The sequence pictures (3) representing a vehicle image captured by sequence camera is displayed in bottom portion with a predetermined time interval. The object fields of the main camera and the sequence camera are partially overlapped with each other.
