The system has two horizontal fixed modules arranged parallel to each other at a specific distance. The modules deflects day light and sunlight in an inner room and are utilized as a secondary LED reflector for artificial light, for artificial light assistance during day time, for ground-level lighting of the inner room and an outer room during night time and for illumination of a facade. A lining is provided between two vertically arranged isolation glasses. The system is made of plastic e.g. acryl glass or Plexiglas(RTM: Solid transparent plastic).
