The cover has a light source attached proximate to a sealed reflecting cover part in a region of an energy saving lamp and/or a LED lighting surfaces. A photo voltaic surface or a solar panel surface irradiates photons when the light source is arranged at a preset distance to the photo voltaic surface or the solar panel surface. The photons excite electrons to move between metallic barrier layers and a semiconductor substrate i.e. silicon substrate, of the photo voltaic surface or the solar panel surface for producing electricity.
