The panel has mounting brackets (1) for lateral fastening on each side of a rack module, and a diaphragm (2) arranged between the mounting brackets. The mounting brackets have elongated plates rectangularly connected with each other. Hooks (3) are spring-loaded and snap into recesses in the mounting brackets. The diaphragm is made of plastic. The mounting brackets are laterally secured at the rack module and/or a chassis (4) with screws (5). A flap runs toward a posterior end of the rack module.
