The valve has a bilateral lever (8) fixedly connected with a floater (10), where a part of the floater lies in a freely suspended position. Another part of the floater lies on a right side of a projecting surface (13). The lever, a floater holder (9) and the floater are differentiated together with respect to form, dimension, a material, a position, arrangement and an angle position. Force is directly transferred from a sealing part of a closure (14) along a closing direction such that the valve is closed. The force is indirectly transferred by a piston, an excenter, a ball and a cam.
