The detector (10) has a potential divider (2) connected with a high voltage supply installation in a high-voltage transmission system of an electrical drivable vehicle. An electrical measuring unit (5) is laid out of the detector for detecting partial voltage (UT) so as to monitor voltages in the high-voltage transmission system. The potential divider is provided with a high impedance (R1) portion and a low impedance (R2) resistor portion. The resistor portions are formed on a substrate (3) through pressures of a resistor composition by using a thick-film.
