The valve i.e. electromagnetically actuatable valve (10), has a valve seat (22), and a valve opening (24) formed in the valve seat, where the valve opening is selectively openable to form a sealing seat (30) closing a valve closing body (28). A flow channel is formed between the valve seat and the valve closing body in an opened state of the valve. A fluid flow throttling channel constriction is formed downstream to the sealing seat in the flow channel. A heel-shaped stage is formed as a stop surface on the valve seat. The sealing seat is formed by an elastically designed sealing body (32).
