The arrangement comprises solar-thermal collectors (7) connected with a low temperature heating system (2). The thermal accumulators (3) installed in the building (1) are balanced and controlled by a computer-aided energy manager (5). The low temperature heating system is established in the form of thermal component activation, low temperature under-floor heating and/or ceiling heating. An independent claim is included for method for energy optimization in building.
