The arrangement has two component elements (1) made of elastomer materials and connected to each other. The elements comprise channel-shaped profile bodies (4, 6) that are aligned transverse to a flow direction (2). Rows (7, 9) of the channel-shaped profile bodies lie behind each other. Channel openings of the profile bodies are oppositely arranged along the flow direction. A row of X-shaped profile bodies (5) is arranged between the rows of the channel-shaped profile bodies, where length of each profile body is about 25-30mm.
