The tube (1) has an end section (10) comprising a suction opening (2) and a circular cross-section (Q1). An outer surface (11) of the end section starting from the opening is divided into longitudinally aligned segments (12, 13). The segments are connected with each other in an air-tight manner. The segments are alternately formed of hard and soft material components such that the opening is selectively brought into two operating positions. The opening has the circular cross-section in one position and a cross-section smaller than the circular cross-section in another position.
