The device (11) has an electric heating coil (15) that vaporizes liquid provided in a collection area (14) of a power steering system housing (6). A valve (13) opens to discharge vapor/liquid mixture to the outside environment, by energizing the heating coils under high pressure. A one-way-valve is located on a partially transmission layer (16) of moisture/liquid collection area, separated at a preset distance away from the inner region of power steering system housing.
