The device has a torsion-resistant base structure (11) i.e. plastic shell structure, comprising a receptacle (3) for objects (1, 2). A flexible traction unit (4) surrounds the object for connecting the object to the base structure at a side remote from the receptacle, and is pressed against the receptacle. A tensioning lever is connected with the traction unit at a connection point and a pivot in the base structure. The lever moves back and forth between a closing position and an open position, where the traction unit is stretched against the objects in the closing position. The traction unit is designed as a tape, a belt, a rope and a chain i.e. plastic toothed belt, and comprises a reinforcement element i.e. steel belt.
