The circuit has an amplifier (102) to which the sinusoidal signal (Uq) is input. The output of the amplifier is connected to the input portion through a resistor (R21) and a capacitor (C) or through the resistors (R21,R22). A coupling capacitor (Ck) is arranged between the sources of the sinusoidal signal and the input of the amplifier. An independent claim is included for method for providing change signal.
