The method involves assigning current sensors to an upstream switch (630A) that detects current flow through the upstream switch. An electronic releasing unit (ETU1) is attached to the upstream switch and designed to compare the detected current with first threshold value. Releasing unit time sequentially computes a current integral on the basis of the detected current and compares a second threshold valve with a third threshold valve. An opening of the upstream switch is realized to the releasing unit when the threshold values are exceeded.
