Another passivation layer (4) is formed on the former passivation layer and comprises components, which are selected from groups comprising silver-and/or copper salts, metallic silver and/or copper, particles with a coating that comprises silver and/or copper and organic connections with multiple bonds and combinations. The former passivation layer comprises an organic connection with multiple bonds.
