The sleeve (1) has a cylindrical tubular base form and a diameter measurement variable by an adjustment device. The sleeve is made of planar resilient steel sheet, which is rolled up to a cylinder. A lateral end (2) and another lateral end of the steel sheet are widely and differentially overlapped based on the adjusted diameter measurement of the cylinder. The sheet is provided with strips and strip openings, where lateral ends of the strips of a side of the sheet engages into the openings of another side of the sheet based on the adjusted diameter measurement and vice versa.
