The device (1) has an elongated C-shaped section (2) formed with two idle legs, where one of the legs comprises a projection (4) for accessing a connector strip (5). The C-shaped section is formed from a transformed metal sheet cutting with upper and lower bending edges. A lower side of a forming leg (13) comprises the projection. An aperture (29) is provided in the forming leg for a switch (17). Clasp elements are provided for clamping the device. The clasp elements are formed over a wide working area for producing resilient clamping force.
