The transmission (20) has a planetary gear stage (21) in which a sun wheel (21a) is served as a transmission drive. A planetary gear (21c) is coupled with another planetary gear (23), and another sun wheel (22) is served as a transmission output in the planetary gear stage. The former sun wheel is driven by the latter planetary gear (23) by coupling with the former planetary gear of the planetary gear stage. Switch devices (K1, K2) are provided for switching the transmission between two different gears. The planetary gear stages exhibit high level translation and low level translation. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a drive system and a compensation device.
