The arrangement (1) has a pressurizing medium chamber (12) separated from a gas chamber (10) by a movable separation device (8) in a pressure container (2). The gas chamber is in pressurizing medium connection with a gas container. The gas container is designed by a pressure pipe (42) with a deflection. The pressure container is sectionally designed by a cylindrical storage pipe (3). The pressure container or the storage pipe is sectionally helically twistedly enclosed by the pressure pipe. Linear sections of the pressure pipe are connected by deflected sections of the pressure pipe.
