The turbo machine has a casing ring (10) comprising an intake liner (16) for radial outside lying ends of a rotor-side moving blades of a moving blade collar. The casing ring is formed with adjoin metals with different coefficient of thermal expansion. A radial shortening or radial extension of the case ring is formed for forming a moderation gap between an intake liner and radial outside lying ends of the rotor-side moving blades of the moving blade collar by maintaining moderate temperature of the casing ring, where the intake liner is carried by the case ring.
