The disc in the examination area is partially provided with a water-absorbing coating, which is a polymeric- or an inorganic-coating. A heating element is connected with the disc. A humidity sensor (8) is provided for determining a humidity of the disc at its motor vehicle interior surface. The electrically operable motor vehicle comprises a secondary battery (2), an electric motor (3), a heatable disc (4, 4'), and a controller (10) that controls the heating of the disc whose heating is carried out in an examination area intended for a driver of the vehicle through the secondary battery. The disc in the examination area is partially provided with a water-absorbing coating, which is a polymeric- or an inorganic-coating. A heating element is connected with the disc.
