The rigid insole (1) has a cone shaped element that is provided on a pressure transmission surface (7) in the underside of the insole and protruded to upper surface of the insole. The force from the human foot is concentrated on the pressure transmission surface. The cone shaped element is comprised as a thickening on the bottom surface of the insole so that the surface with cone shaped element protrudes in downward direction.
