Spraying system for multi-axle robot for spraying e.g. single component plastic material on door lining of vehicle, has proportional air valve including air flow quantity controlled based on position of injection device
The system has a drive (50) provided at a housing (14) and associated to a nozzle needle (18) of an injection device (12). The drive controllingly displaces the needle relative to a nozzle opening (16) of the housing. The drive is actively connected with a control device (44) for a proportional air valve (42). The needle is displaceable between a closure position and a release position. The nozzle opening is closed in the closure position and released in the release position. An air flow quantity of the proportional air valve is controlled based on a position of the injection device.
